Each of these functions multiplies a vector by a scalar and adds the result to another vector.
For real data, the following equation is used:
z[i] = x[i] + y[i]*c[0]
where i = 0, 1, ..., (n - 1).
For complex data, the following equation is used:
z[2*i] = x[2*i] + y[2*i]*c[0] - y[2*i + 1]*c[1] z[2*i + 1] = x[2*i + 1] + y[2*i]*c[1] + y[2*i + 1]*c[0]
Each of the functions takes the following arguments:

Each of the functions returns MLIB_SUCCESS if successful. Otherwise it returns MLIB_FAILURE.
